Falls Area Bicyclists celebrates National Bike To Work Week
You CAN do it! Discover the joy and practicality of bicycling! Join millions of bicyclists around the world riding their bikes to work. 40% of all trips in the U.S. are less than two miles, making bicycling a feasible and fun way to get to work. How far is your commute? Falls Area Bicyclists has been busy working with local businesses to create something truly special for Bike To Work Week this year. There are opportunities to win prizes, a trophy, and enjoy great discounts and freebies throughout the week. We cap off the week on Bike To Work Day with a big party on Friday, May 20th. Let's get to it!
Win Prizes!
There are four businesses participating in this year's raffle prize drawing.
Each of the 4 locations has a FAB water bottle and tickets.
All you have to do is ride to the sponsor's business during Bike to Work Week and print your name LEGIBLY on a ticket and put it in the bottle.
You MUST ride a bicycle to the sponsor to put your name in.
You can submit one entry per day per sponsor. If you want to, you are welcome to ride to each of the raffle sponsors each day and enter at each sponsor.
Bottles will be picked up at noon on May 20th and no more entries will be taken after that.
We will draw a single ticket from each bottle at the wrap up party. One person could possibly win all 4 prizes if they register at each sponsor. You must be present to win at the wrap up party at The Bakery on Friday, May 20th at 5:00PM. Drawing to held at 7PM.

Traveling Trophy
Log your miles for the week here. You can log your miles for Falls Area Bicyclists and your workplace at the same time. If your workplace is not signed up yet, get a group together and get signed up! The workplace with the most miles ridden during Bike To Work Week will get the travelling trophy.
RIDE MORE
Get motivated to ride to work, the grocery store, or even with your family around the neighborhood. Earn 20 points every day you ride at least one mile. No ride is too short.
TEAM UP WITH FRIENDS & COWORKERS
Rally some friendly competition by forming teams to ride with your coworkers, friends and family. Compete against each other while still working towards the same goal.

Friday, May20th is National Bike To Work Day. Even if riding to work the rest of the week is not an option, do what you can to try and ride to work on Friday. The Bakery is hosting Food Truck Friday on May 20th. They are opening their doors to Falls Area Bicyclists to be a part of this awesome event! They will have entertainment provided by Pinnacle Productions. FAB will draw for the raffle prizes and award the trophy to the workplace with the most miles ridden. Hope to see you there!
